القوانين في النحو لابن جماعة المتوفى سنة 819 هـ
(تحقيق النص مع دراسة في المنهج والفكر)

الملخص:
مخطوط (القوانين في النحو )   لمؤلفه: محمد بن أبي بكر بن عبد العزيز بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن سعد الله بن جماعة، عز الدين، الكناني، الحموي، المصري، المعروف بابن جماعة، المتوفى سنة: 819هـ ،  وهو عبارة عن مختصر ضم  مجموعة من الفوائد في عِلْم النحو، لخَّصها المؤلف من كتاب: (التسهيل) لابن مالك الأندلسي. وزاد عليه جملة من الفوائد بالحاشية، مع جودة السَّبْك، وحُسْن الانتقاء،. وقد انصب اهتمام ابن جماعة في هذا المخطوط على الحدود والتعريفات لجملة من الأبواب النحوية والصرفية ، مع تضمينه تلخيصًا للقواعد والخلافات النحوية، وصياغتها في صورة قوانين مركزة، وهذا المختصر يمثل نمطًا معروفًا على مر العصور مارسه العديد من النحاة قدامى ومحدثين؛ لتيسير النحو.
وقد سارت خطة الدراسة والتحقيق على النحو التالي:
 المقدمة: قمت فيها بالإشارة إلى عنوان المخطوط، ونسبته، وأسباب اختياره ، وخطة البحث، وأبرز الصعوبات .
القسم الأول: الدراسة: ويتضمن أربعة مباحث:
المبحث الأول: ترجمة ابن مالك: اسمه ونسبه- شيوخه ــ تلاميذه- مؤلفاته- وفاته.
المبحث الثاني: ترجمة ابن جماعة: اسمه ونسبه-مولده ونشأته- مكانته العلمية-شيوخه ــ تلاميذه- مؤلفاته- وفاته.
المبحث الثالث: المختصرات  النحوية (نشأتها، وأسبابها،وأهميتها).
المبحث الرابع: منهج ابن جماعة، وفكره النحوي، واختياراته ، والشواهد النحوية في المخطوط.
القسم الثاني: التحقيق:
وفيه وصف نسخة المخطوط ، وتوثيق نسبته ، وبيان المنهج المتبع في التحقيق،  وعرض نماذج مصورة من المخطوط، ثم النص المحقق، مع تصحيح عباراته، وتخريج شواهده قدر المستطاع .
ثم أتبعت ذلك بالفهارس الفنية.

Abstract:
Manuscript (The Laws in Grammar) by its author: Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr ibn Abd al-Aziz ibn Muhammad ibn Ibrahim ibn Saad Allah ibn Jama`ah, Izz al-Din, al-Kinani, al-Hamawi, al-Masri known as Ibn Jam`a, who died in 819 AH, and it is a summary that included a group of benefits in The science of grammar, summarized by the author from the book: (Al-Tashel) by Ibn Malik Al-Andalusi. He added to it a number of benefits in the footnote, with the quality of casting, and good selection. Ibn Jama’ah’s interest in this manuscript focused on the boundaries and definitions of a number of grammatical and morphological chapters, with the inclusion of a
summary of the grammatical rules and disputes, and their formulation in the form of focused laws.
The study and investigation plan went as follows:
 The Introduction: It deals with the reference to the title of the manuscript and its lineage, the reasons for choosing it, the research plan, and the most prominent difficulties.
The first section: The study: It is divided into two chapters:
Chapter One: It includes two topics:
The first topic: the translation of Ibn Malik: his name and lineage - his birth and upbringing - his scientific status and the scholars’ praise of him - his sheikhs, his students - his writings - his death.
The second topic: the translation of Ibn Jama`ah: his name and lineage - his birth and upbringing - his scientific status - his old age, his students - his writings - his death.
The second chapter: It includes two topics:
The first topic: grammatical abbreviations (its origin, causes, and importance).
The second topic: the approach of Ibn Jama`ah in the manuscript, and his choices.
Section Two: Investigation:
It includes a description of the manuscript copy, documenting its ratio, presenting illustrated samples of the manuscript, then the verified text, correcting its expression, and extracting its evidence as much as I can.
Then a conclusion in which I mentioned the results of the research, which was followed by the technical indexes.
