[دلالات لَعَلَّ في الحديث الشريف صحيح البخاري أنموذجًا]

الملخص :
لا ريب أن الحديث النبوي الشريف غني بالدلالات والمعاني التي لم يحظ بها أي نص من النصوص، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز دلالات (لعل) في الحديث النبوي الشريف، وبيان السياقات التي رُجِّح فيها استعمالها بدلالات معينة غير التي يحملها ظاهر اللفظ، وبدأ البحث بمقدمة تضمنَّت ماهية البحث والدافع إليه، وأهميته، وإشکاليته، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهجه والخطة التي سار عليها، وتناول المبحث الأول دلالات لعل عند علماء العربية، حيث ناقش دلالتها عند اللغويين والأصوليين، ثم ألقى الضوء على دلالاتها ومواضعها عند النحاة، وعرض المبحث الثاني دلالات لعل في الحديث النبوي الشريف، حيث تم دراسة دلالاتها في نحو اثنين وعشرين حديثًا، وخلص البحث إلى أن (لعل) في أصل الوضع تفيد الترجي، لکنها تفيد دلالات أخرى حسب السياقات المختلفة، فقد أفادت سبع دلالات في الحديث الشريف منها ما أشار إليه العلماء، ومنها دلالات جديدة انفرد بها الحديث النبوي الشريف، کالتحقيق والتوکيد، وکان أکثر دلالاتها التوقع بشقيه: الترجي، والإشفاق، والسياق هو الذي حدد المعنى المراد،
کما عرض البحث صورة مهمَّة من صور الإعجاز العلمي في السنة النبوية المطهرة، وهي تمثِّل تشريفًا لنساء طاهرات عبر العصور والأزمان، حيث استطاع رسول الله – ﷺ- أن يفسر قبل ألف واربعمائة عام حالة نادرة جدًا أثارت علماء القرن الحادي والعشرين، وهي ما أطلقوا عليها: النزوة الجينية، کما وجَّه البحث الأنظار إلى منهج رسول الله ﷺ في معاملة الناس عند وقوع الخطأ منهم، وهو التثبُّت من الخبر قبل إصدار الحکم على المُذنِب.

Abstract:
There is no doubt that the prophetic hadith is rich in semantics and meanings that did not receive any text, and this research aims to highlight the connotations (perhaps) in the Prophet's Hadith, and to indicate the contexts in which it is likely to be used with certain connotations other than that carried by the phenomenon of pronunciation, and began the research with an introduction that She addressed what the research is and what is motivated by it, its importance, its problem, previous studies, the approach and the plan it has followed, and addressed the first research indications perhaps among the scholars of Arabic, where he discussed its significance to linguists and fundamentalists, and then shed light on the first topic semantics of Arab scholars, where he discussed its significance to fundamentalists and linguists, and then shed light On its connotations and positions at the sculptor.
The second research presented indications perhaps in the Prophet's Hadith, where its connotations were studied in about forty-two hadiths, and the research concluded that (perhaps) in the origin of the situation benefits Esperance, but it benefits other connotations according to different contexts, where seven indications of the Hadith, including what the scholars referred to, including new connotations unique to the Prophet's Hadith, were the most predictable signs in both parts. : Esperance, compassion, and context that defined the meaning to be desired.
The research also presented an important picture of scientific miracles in the pure prophetic year, which represents the honoring of pure women through ages and times, where the Messenger of God was able to explain it a thousand and four hundred years ago a very rare case that aroused the scholars of the twenty-first century, what they called: genetic whims, and the research drew attention to the Prophet's approach to treating people when they made mistakes and guilt is to verify the news before the guilty verdict.
