موقف ابن إياز (ت:681ه) من آراء شيخه رضي الدين بن جعفر (من علماء القرن السابع الهجري) (دراسة نحوية)

الملخص:
الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبيّ بعده،  وبعد:
فهذا بحث يختص بدراسة موقف ابن إياز من آراء شيخة رضي الدين ابن جعفر الإربلي، حاولت من خلاله الوقوف على ما وافق فيه ابن إياز شيخه، وما خالفه فيه من المسائل النحوية، واقتضت طبيعة هذه الدراسة أن تكون في ثلاثة مباحث يسبقها مقدمة، وتمهيد عرّفت فيه بكل من رضي الدين بن جعفر وتلميذه ابن إياز، أما مباحث هذه الدراسة فقد جاءت على النحو الآتي: المبحث الأول: ما وافق فيه ابن إياز شيخه رضي الدين بن جعفر، المبحث الثاني: ما خالف فيه ابن إياز شيخه رضي الدين بن جعفر، المبحث الثالث: معايير موافقة ابن إياز لشيخه رضي الدين بن جعفر ومخالفته له. وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وذيلته بخاتمة، كان من أهم ما ورد فيها من نتائج:

أنه ظهر من خلال دراسة مواقف ابن إياز من شيخه رضي الدين بن جعفر، أنه يتمتع بشخصية متميزة تجلت في عنايته ببيان تعدد الآراء في المسألة، وأنه لا يعمد إلى مجرد السرد، وإنما يعنى بالترجيح، والتصحيح، والنقض، والتعديل، وطرح الأحكام، متى تيسر له ذلك.
وأن ابن إياز احتكم في موافقته لشيخه أو مخالفته إلى بيان العلة، أو ذكر الدليل، أو آراء النحاة.

This research studies Ibn Ayaz's positions on his sheikh opinions, Radhi al-Din bin Jaafar al-Erbili in which I tried to investigate what are the grammatical issues that the two agreed and disagreed on. This study is consisted of three Sections  that are preceded with an Introduction and a Preface, in which I introduced Radhi al-Din bin Jaafar al-Erbili and his student, Ibn Ayaz.
The three sections of this study are as follows; The first section discusses what Ibn Ayaz agreed with his sheikh, Radhi al-Din Jaafar al-Erbili. The second  section discusses what Ibn Ayaz disagreed with his sheikh, Radhi al-Din. The third  section discusses the criteria of what Ibn Ayaz agreed with his sheikh, Radhi al-Din, and what he disagreed with.
I used the descriptive and the inductive-analytical approaches in this research and end it with a conclusion. The most important results of this research are as follows:
1-  After studying Ibn Ayaz's positions on his sheikh, Radhi al-Din bin Jaafar, it was clear that he has a distinct personality as he paid attention to stating the multiplicity of opinions on any tackled issue. Also, he did not intend to mere narration, but rather was concerned with  preference, correction, deletion, amendment, and discussing rulings, whenever he could.
2-    Ibn Ayaz, in his agreement with his sheikh or disagreement, sought to explain the reason, or to mention the evidence, or the opinions of the grammarians.
