الملخص:
يدور هذا البحث حول كتاب (دروس التصريف) للشيخ محمد محيي الدين عبد الحميد، وترجع أهمية هذا البحث لأمرين :
أولهما: أن هذا الكتاب من أوائل الكتب التي صنفت في العصر الحديث ، وهو أول مؤلف تعليمي خرج بهذه الصورة، والآخر: يرجع إلى منزلة الشيخ محمد محيي الدين عبد الحميد ليس عند علماء الأزهر فحسب، بل علماء العربية في العالم العربي الذين تلمذوا مؤلفات الشيخ وشروحه وحواشيه على الكتب التي حققها.
وكتاب(دروس التصريف) على نفاسته رأى الباحث أنه قد حوى بعض الأمور التي تحتاج إلى إعادة نظر، وأن الأولى خلاف ما ذكر الشيخ رحمه الله، وقد جمع الباحث هذه الأمور وقد تمثلت هذه الأمور في خمسة مظاهر كانت هي قوام البحث ، وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وخمسة مباحث وخاتمة ومصادر البحث ومراجعه :
ففي المقدمة ذكرت دوافع اختيار البحث وأهميته والخطة التي سرت عليها.
أما التمهيد فيشمل التعريف بالشيخ وكتابه.
 
 
وأما المباحث الخمسة فهي:
المبحث الأول: المصطلحات، ويشمل أربع مسائل.
المبحث الثاني: عبارات غير مستقيمة، ويشمل أربع مسائل.
المبحث الثالث: نواقص تحتاج إلى تتمة، ويشمل ست مسائل.
المبحث الرابع: قيود ناقصة، ويشمل مسألتين.
المبحث الخامس: أمور بخلاف ما ذكر، ويشمل ثماني مسائل.
الخاتمة: واشتملت على أهم نتائج البحث، ثم قائمة بأهم مصادر البحث .
وقد كان منهجي في البحث أني كنت أقوم بذكر نص الشيخ ثم أبين موضع النظر ثم أتبعه ببيان الصواب أو الأولى مستندا إلى أقوال العلماء ونصوصهم من كتب التراث الأصيلة محاولا تلمس وجه أو مخرج لكلام الشيخ رحمه الله تعالى.

Abstract:
This research is concerned with “Durus al-Tasrif” book by al-Sheikh Muhammad Muhyi al-Din Abd al-Hamid. The significance of the research is due to two reasons. First, this book is one of the first books written during the modern era. Moreover, it is the first educational book published in this format. The second reason is due to al-sheikh Muhammad Muhyi al-Din Abd al-Hamid's high status, not only among Al-Azhar scholars, but also among all Arabic Language scholars in the whole Arab world who have taught his books, explanations, footnotes, and the books he has verified.
Moreover, despite the fact that “Durus al-Tasrif” is a unique book, the researcher has identified five issues in the book that he believes need to be reconsidered since the priority may be to the contrary of what al-Sheikh, may Allah bless his soul, has mentioned. Therefore, the current research is based on these five issues. In addition, the research is divided into introduction, foreword, five sections, conclusion, and references. In the Introduction, the reasons behind deciding on the idea of the study, its significance, and methodology are mentioned. Moreover, the foreword includes introduction about al-Sheikh and his writings.
Furthermore, regarding the five sections, the first section introduces the terms; and it tackles four issues. The second section presents invalid statements; and it includes four issues. The third section discusses incomplete statements; and it covers six issues. The fourth section explores incomplete restrictions; and it has two issues. The fifth section addresses other than what is mentioned; and it has eight issues. Finally, the conclusion presents the results of the research, followed by the list of references.
The methodology adopted in the research depends on introducing al-Sheikh's statements, then, clarifying what needs to be reconsidered. After that, what is supposed to be right or has a priority is presented based on the scholars' sayings and texts from original heritage books, seeking a way out of the text of al-Sheikh, may Allah bless his soul.
