الملخص :
لا يتلفظ بالكلام إلا لفائدة يقصد المتكلم إيصالها إلى السامع في أحسن صورة من اللفظ سواء أكان المتكلم يفصح عما في ذاته منفعلا به أو مفكرا فيه، والسامع يتلقى هذا القول فإذا كانت نفسه طيبة فَهِم وفَقِه وعَقِل وتدبر فاعتبر، وإذا كانت بخلاف ذلك كان من أصحاب السعير؛ ولهذا أحضر "السكاكي" السامع معه منذ الوهلة الأولى في المقدمة وهو يعرِّف علم المعاني، فذكر أثر الكلام عليه عند سماع التراكيب، وذكر درجة الإفادة التي يحصِّلها من سماع كلام جديد أو مُعاد، وعده طرفا منتجا للدلالة فيعتبر حاله من خلو الذهن، أو تحيره وشكه، أو استفهامه، أو إنكاره، أو قصد تجهيله، أو التعريض بغباوته، أو جعله حكما فيصلا، أو اختبار ذهنه، وتيقظ خاطره...إلى غير ذلك من الأغراض والأحوال التي أشرك فيها "السكاكي" السامع في خطابه وجعله عنصرا فاعلا في توجيه القول، واقتداح زناد عقل المنشيء له، فكان هذا دافعا إلى إلقاء الضوء على بلاغة السامع باعتبار غاية الفن القولي تهذيب المشاعر والرقي بالإنسان؛ فجاء البحث موسوما بـ" بلاغة السامع عند "السكاكي".

Abstract :
He does not utter words except for a benefit, the speaker intends for the listener, whether he is one of the companions of the Blaze. ; That is why he brought "al-Sakaki" the listener with him from the first moment in the introduction, and he defines the science of meanings.
So he mentioned the effect of speech on him when hearing the structures, and mentioned the degree of benefit he gets from hearing new or repeated words, and he counted him as a party that produces evidence, so he considers his state as empty of mind, or bewilderment and doubt, or questioning, or denying it, or intending to ignore it, or exposing its stupidity, or making it A decisive judgment, or testing his mind, awakening his mind... To other purposes and conditions in which al-Sakaki involved the listener in his speech and made him an active element in directing the saying, and triggering the trigger of the mind of its originator. The goal of saying art is to refine feelings and elevate people. The research came under the heading "The eloquence of the listener at Sakaki.
