ملخص
عانى الصَّعَاليك من تنكّر الناس لهم؛ لفقرهم وضعة نسبهم وسواد بشرتهم، فعاشوا بعيداً عن البيئات المستقرَّة، وانضم بعضهم لبعضٍ، وكونوا مجتمعاً موازياً، واعتمد بعضهم على بعضٍ في السطو والنهب؛ لتوفير المال وما يحتاجونه لتستمر الحياة، وكان معهم نساء؛ لأن الحياة بدون المرأة مستحيلة لا تكون. وكان من بين الصَّعَاليك شعراء موهوبون في فنون القول وفصاحته، وكان وجود أولئك الموهوبين نعمة على اللغة العربية؛ لأنهم أسهموا بأشعارهم في بيان فصاحة اللغة، وكشفوا أدقّ خصائص بيئة الصَّعَاليك الخفيّة البعيدة عن المجتمعات المستقرّة، ينفس الشاعر عن أوجاعه وآلامه، فيفخر بنهابه، ويصف ما قام به في رحلته وصفاً دقيقاً، من الترقب لأصحاب المال وقتلهم والحصول على النهاب والانصراف بها، ووصف السلاح والخيل التي يكون بها السطو، وما يكون بين القائد ومن يتبعونه في رحلتهم، ويضاف إلى ذلك الحديث عن المرأة وكيفية ارتباطها بالرجل. ويعدّ شعر السُّلَيْك حلقة مهمة تُضَمُّ إلى أشعار غيره من الصَّعَاليك الموهوبين في فصاحة القول وفنونه، كالشَّنْفَرَى، وعُرْوَة بن الوَرْد، وتَأَبَطَ شَرًّا. وقد ظهرت اللغة على ألسنتهم فتيةً قويةً، لم يؤثر فيها الخلل الاجتماعي والحرمان الذي عانى منه الصَّعَاليك. كما ظهر من شعر السُّلَيْك متابعته لغيره من الشعراء الذين نقل عنهم كامرئ القيس. وتعددت روايات شعره، وهذا دليل على انتشارها بين قبائل العرب ودورانها على الألسنة، فتتأثر بقوة حفظ الناقلين لها، وسبيل التمييز بين الروايات المختلفة الموازنة بينها، كما أن الوقوف على الأسرار التي يفيض بها شعر الصَّعَاليك لا يكون إلا من خلال دراسة التراكيب.

Abstract
Tramps suffered from people disguising them; Because of their poverty the status of their lineage and the blackness of their skin, they lived from stable environments, and some of them joined together and formed a parallel society, and some of them relied on each other for robbery and plundering. To provide money and what they needed to continue life, and they had women with them; Because life without a woman is impossible. Among the vagabonds were poets gifted in the arts of speech and its eloquence, the presence of these talented people was a blessing for the Arabic language. Because they contributed with their poetry in demonstrating the eloquence of the language, and revealed the most minute characteristics of the hidden environment of the tramps, far from settled societies. The poet vents his pain and pain, is proud of his plundering, and describes what he did on his journey in an accurate manner, from anticipating the owners of money and killing them, obtaining the plunder and leaving with it, and describing weapons. And the horses used for robbery, and what happens between the leader and those who follow him on their journey, and in addition to that there is talk about women and how they relate to men. Al-Sulaik’s poetry is an important link that joins the poetry of other brats gifted with eloquence and arts, such as Al-Shanfra, Urwa ibn Al-Ward, and Tabata Sharran. The language on their tongues appeared young and strong, and was not affected by the social imbalance and deprivation that the vagabonds suffered from. It also appeared from Al-Sulaik’s poetry that he followed other poets from whom he quoted, such as Imru’ al-Qais. There were many narrations of his poetry, and this is evidence of its spread among the Arab tribes and its circulation on the tongues. It is influenced by the strength of the transmitters’ preservation of it. The way to distinguish between the different narrations is to balance them, just as identifying the secrets that the poetry of tramps overflows is not possible. It is only through studying the compositions.
