الملخص:
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة ابن عزير السجستاني ت: (٣٣٠ هـ_ ٩٤١ م) وآراؤه النحوية والصرفية في كتابه: (غريب القرآن)؛ للإسهام بخطوة في طريق توثيق الصلة بين علمي_ الغريب والنحو، وللخـروج بالقواعـد النحـوية والصرفية من النظـرية إلى التطبيــق، وقد استخدمت في دراسته: المنهج الاستقرائي، والتاريخي، والتحليلي النقدي.
وأسسته على: مقدمة، وتمهيد، واقتضت طبيعة الموضوع أن يقسم مبحثين بترتيب ألفية ابن مالك، وجاء المبحث الأول في تسعة مطالب؛ لدراسة المسائل النحوية، وجاء المبحث الثاني في خمسة مطالب؛ لدراسة المسائل الصرفية. وأتبعتهما بتتمة؛ لدراسة الاتجاه النحوي والأسس التي اعتمد عليها أبو بكر السجستاني في كتابه، وتعقبها خاتمة ثبت فيها: عناية أبي بكر السجستاني بمسائل الخلاف بين البصريين والكوفيين في كتابه، وموافقته للمذهب البصري في بعضها، ومخالفة بعض الأقوال المنسوبة إلى بعض العلماء في الكتب المتأخرة لما في مؤلفات أصحابها. وأردفتها بالتوصيات، التي أسفر عنها البحث.
والتزمت بوضع رأي أبي بكر السجستاني تحت عنوان مناسب للمسألة، وأتبعته بشرح وتوضيح لرأيه، ثم ذكرت العلماء السابقين له فيه، وأدلتهم عليها، ثم ذكرت باقي الآراء في المسألة، مع توثيقها من كتب أصحابها_ إن كانت بين يدي_ أو كتب من نقل عنهم، وترتيب المصادر والمراجع في الحواشي_ حسب وفيات المؤلفين لو اختلفوا، وحسب الحروف الألفبائية لو اتحد المؤلف_، وعزو الآيات القرآنية إلى سورها بالخط العثماني، وتخريج القراءات القرآنية من كتب القراءات_ إن وجدت_، وأقوال العرب، والأبيات الشعرية من مظانها، وتذييل المسألة بتعقيب، مبينة فيه أهم النقاط التي كشفت دراسة المسألة عنها، مع ذكر الرأي المختار مؤيدة له بالأدلة السديدة.

Abstract:
The research aims to study Abn Uzair As-sjistani d. (330 AH _ 941 AD) And his grammatical and morphological of his book: (Strange Qur'an), to contribute a step in the way of strengthening the link between the scientific_ Curious and grammar, and to come out with grammatical and morphological rules from theory to practice, has been used in his study: inductive, historical, and analytical critical approach.
And founded on: introduction, and introduction, and required the nature of the subject to divide two sections in the order of the millennium of Ibn Malik, and the first section came in nine demands; to study grammatical issues, and the second section came in five demands; to study morphological issues. And followed by a continuation; to study grammatical trend and the foundations relied upon by Abu Bakr As-sjistani in his book, and followed by a conclusion in which it was proven: Abu Bakr  As-sjistani's attention to issues of disagreement between The Basrians and The Kufics in his book, and his approval of the visual doctrine in some of them, and the violation of some of the sayings attributed to some scholars in the late books For what is in the writings of their owners. She supplemented them with the recommendations resulting from the research.
It committed itself to placing the opinion of Abu Bakr As-Sijistani under a title appropriate for issue, and followed it with an explanation and clarification of his opinion, then mentioned the previous scholars of it, and their evidence, and then mentioned the rest of the opinions on the issue, with documentation of the books of their owners_ if they are in the hands_ or the books of those quoted from them, and the order of sources and references in the footnotes_ according to the deaths of the authors if they differ, and according to the alphabets if the author unites_, He attributed The Qur'anic verses to their surahs in the Ottoman script, And the graduation of Quranic readings from the books of readings_ if any_, and the sayings of the Arabs, and poetic verses from their meanings, Append the matter with a commentary, indicating the most important points revealed by the study of the issue, and stating the chosen opinion supported by sound evidence.
